I had a great experience with both the exam and getting my glasses. Highly recommended
I expected better costumer service, I told the guy the insurance I had, and he never told me that they were out of network until he told me my total payment, and not good quality frames
Unpleasant customer service – I’m not impressed with this department. I've purchased several pairs of glasses here over the years, and each time, it feels like I’m inconveniencing them, even though I’m paying the full price. Friendliness is lacking, especially from the manager with the long beard. It’s disappointing to feel this treatment might be rooted in bias.
