My wife and I were in on Jan 20, 2025. Katie A. in the Optical Dept. was great. She was super helpful and friendly. A true asset for Costco and their team members.

Great service
I was seen during the week about 7 weeks ago. The optometrist tried telling me my prescription was too high and causing my eyes to be lazy. He tried telling me they were off by 3 points, which struck me as odd. Then after trying some that he was going to order for me, and telling him they made me feel like I was drunk or looking through a fish eye lense, he told me my eyes would need time to adjust. I was told.to.come back at close to figure out my membership number problem. My number has been changed due to fraud committed by someone and was told to come back at close to resolve the issue then was kicked out because they said they wanted to close before line was over.
