I visited for a minor repair to my eyeglasses, and Ashley Krug did a fantastic job. She was fast, efficient, and very friendly. It was a great experience overall.

I took a pair of expensive frames that I did not purchase from Costco to have new lenses installed. On both sides of the lenses are lense plier marks from gripping the titanium frames to tight removing the enamel coating. I should have checked the frames over more closely before I left. Lesson learned. Buyer be aware if you didn’t buy your frames from Costco.

They suck! I saw the lady I wanted to buy sunglasses from, and you said she was at the front desk. So I waited in line for 25 minutes, but then a young lady cut in front of me. The lady saw me, ignored me, and processed that lady's order instead of saying she was in front of me. She waited awfully. The customer service was terrible, and I will never go back. North Kansas City was a lot better.
