Normally great. Last time it took forever to get help and the person seemed to know about as much as i did about glasses (not much). Update. Advice before embarking on a trip here. Eat before and bring a lunch. Wear comfortable shoes to stand around waiting. Each transaction appears to take 30-45 minutes. If you are 3 down in the queue, be ready for 60 minute or longer wait. Took a star back. Will pay more for speed.
It's taking too long to pick up the glasses.
I picked up some glasses from another store but the frames were crooked! I took them to the Costco vision center during a regular grocery trip and Melinda had me fixed up in 5 minutes free of charge! Awesome customer service and very helpful!!
