I stopped by the tire shop in the store, San Dimas, 3:15PM, this afternoon and asked for four tires for my 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander, the employee looked at his screen and said within two minutes, we don't stock tires for that car. He did not offer an alternative size or offer to order the tires for me. 225-60-16, I think that was the size, is that the service that you offer now? I have been shopping Costco in the early 1990's FYI

Absolutely horrific experience with clerk. I wanted to by two frames, and clerk was lazy, absolutely not helpful and on top of that used me as a middle man between insurance company. They are members of network and instead of helping me clerk just did not want to do any work. Guess what, never again, and I will post reviews everywhere to warn people about this optical store. Came in there to replace a battery under warranty and had a horrible experience. I bought the battery with a 36 month warranty and the wouldn’t replace the battery without renewing my membership. I bought the battery as a member and the warranty is part of the purchases but the management said the warranty is “tied” to the membership so they refused to replace it without renewing my membership. Not consistent Geographic pricing You better pay attention
Sandra Strader at the W. Katy (TX) Costco was great to work with. Hearing test performed accurately, and the fitting/tweaking of the Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aids was very professional. So far I have been very pleased with the quality of these hearing aids.
