Laura is FABULOUS. She was patient, kind, and took her time finding me glasses that I love. This was my first time getting glasses, and she gave her honest opinion and was very knowledgeable about shape and fit. Cannot thank her enough.

My 84 year old father has some medical (and hearing) issues and I take him here to get his hearing aides cleaned or adjusted when needed. Wesley happens to be working almost every time we come in and he is such a patient, kind, and wonderful person to deal with (especially in a busy store). I would not recommend this doctor I found her short with her answers. She told me I wasn't listening to her when I asked her questions. I left perplexed and still not clear on what glasses I needed. Overall did not have a good experience at all. Go to someone that loves their job and loves to help people.
The receptionist here did an amazing job taking care of me, from making the appointment to helping me with the beginning of the eye exam. The Dr. gave me an incorrect prescription, claiming my eye sight had gotten "better"... unfortunately, this was not an accurate prescription. When I called back for help with migraines, double vision and light sensitivity I was told I would have to pay for a full exam again if I wanted assistance since it had been outside of their guarantee.
