I’ve called and left messages. No one ever calls back. I went during the week and they were closed. I called Sam’s and they immediately got me in. Glad I didn’t pay for this type of service!
Told us they’re not accepting walk ins until 230, we came back at 230 only to get told that they are not accepting walk ins?? Front desk girl was rude with ugly attitude as well…. Don’t waste your time here!!
Dr Chavez is fabulous. She is efficient and knowledgeable. Moreover, she remembers details from two years previous. I trust her. PS the optical dept is not reflective of the optometrist. They are separate entities. Take care to note the difference. The complaints I see here are about the optical dept and not Dr Chavez
Curtis is the most knowledgeable optician at Costco. Curtis was polite, friendly, efficient, and personable in helping us choose eyeglasses+contacts that fit our vision needs. The Costco Optical department also carry a wide range of contact lenses, brand-name designer frames+sunglasses and offers the latest technology in high-definition lenses.
