I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Costco Optical. Less than a year ago, I purchased a pair of eyeglasses with a Bulova Baltic Blue 54-18-145 frame. I have taken excellent care of them. The glasses have never been dropped, sat on, or subjected to any kind of abuse. Despite that, the frame suddenly cracked across the front. Save a ton of money compared to ludicrous markups at a typical retail optical store. Great selection of men's and women's frames, although you can also bring your own which is what I do (extra $25 to use your own frames). Super friendly and caring staff will assist you with selection and fitting and the eyeglasses will be ready within 2 weeks if not sooner. I have just moved to the area. Just by luck they had an opening. They are very professional and within 30 minutes I had a new proscription and a new pair of glasses.
Why have I ever gone anywhere else for my glasses. Alana was so kind and helpful. I really liked Dr. Poole as well.
Optical staff are simply not nice. Would NOT recommend.
