Why have I ever gone anywhere else for my glasses. Alana was so kind and helpful. I really liked Dr. Poole as well.
Optical staff are simply not nice. Would NOT recommend.
My review is for the optometrist, not the eyeware department. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible prescription from this Costco. The whole process was rushed. When I complained I wasn’t happy with the new prescription (while being tested!) the optometrist assured me I would “get used to it”. His prescription was weaker than my previous prescription, which at 46 is an impossible feat. I almost crashed my car driving home with the new prescription. The Costco Vision experience exceeded my expectations. I was able to be seen the same day (on a weekend!) and everyone was highly competent and pleasant. Dr. Poole is very talented and took as much time as needed to explain the results of my tests. I won't be returning back to the mall for my eye exams anymore... Another job well done Costco!
Wait time is extremely long . Be ready to wait for at least 1 hour before you get served
