Save a ton of money compared to ludicrous markups at a typical retail optical store. Great selection of men's and women's frames, although you can also bring your own which is what I do (extra $25 to use your own frames). Super friendly and caring staff will assist you with selection and fitting and the eyeglasses will be ready within 2 weeks if not sooner. I have just moved to the area. Just by luck they had an opening. They are very professional and within 30 minutes I had a new proscription and a new pair of glasses.
Why have I ever gone anywhere else for my glasses. Alana was so kind and helpful. I really liked Dr. Poole as well.
Optical staff are simply not nice. Would NOT recommend.
My review is for the optometrist, not the eyeware department. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible prescription from this Costco. The whole process was rushed. When I complained I wasn’t happy with the new prescription (while being tested!) the optometrist assured me I would “get used to it”. His prescription was weaker than my previous prescription, which at 46 is an impossible feat. I almost crashed my car driving home with the new prescription.
