First and probably the last time I go here. Doctor Tran seemed more focused on hurrying me out the door than a good eye exam. I felt rushed and seemed like he cared more about getting my insurance money…:not professional at all….HARD PASS PEOPLE!!!
The Optometrist (Dr. Trang) and his assistants were kind and supportive during the exams. One of us has difficulty following instructions, but thanks to the support of the staff he was able to complete the examination. Dr. Trang discussed in detail the findings and referred us to an ophthalmologist to address an issue. We were seen on time and all our questions were answered with kindness and understanding. Once we had the prescription, the selection of glasses was nice and the prices were reasonable.

Terrible experience with the associated here, first, they were just idling around with multiple customers waiting. We had to get their attention after waiting several minutes with them literally just idling. This was my interaction after waiting. I wanted to see glasses that are in the case that I can’t access “Hi, I’m looking for something with frame width wider than 142mm or so, xl” - we don’t know those numbers. I went to fix an issue regarding my lenses. I believe her name was Gabriella; she was very professional and polite, helping me fix the issue and order new glasses. Amazing customer service!
