I went to fix an issue regarding my lenses. I believe her name was Gabriella; she was very professional and polite, helping me fix the issue and order new glasses. Amazing customer service!
I tried to reschedule my appointment. I was talked to like I was stupid and got hung up on. I got recommended to come to dr Ls office from my mom as she’s gone for years. The lady I spoke to regarding my appointment let me know that that doctor would no longer be there after the date I requested. I asked if there was another doctor coming in and she said no, in which I replied thats weird. Before I can even ask about other options she hung up on me. Very rude and discouraging. Holly is amazing! I am so grateful and appreciative of the service and care that she gave to us. After my eye doctor approved an entire year's worth of contacts that shouldn't have been approved, she did everything to help us make the return and order the proper lenses. We called her last week to explain our situation, and she still remembered my husband's name when we came in to see her today.
