I’ve always bought my eyeglasses at Costco Optical, but never in New Mexico. This location was excellent in every way. The frame selection and prices were great, and the customer service was exceptional. I got progressive Transitions lenses at a great price, and my insurance covered half the cost. I brought in my prescription from my trusted ophthalmologist, and the entire process was easy. I’ll definitely be back in January for another pair or two.
Very good but gone! Good luck to a classy lady in her new endeavor and hope the new doctor is as aces as she was!
First and probably the last time I go here. Doctor Tran seemed more focused on hurrying me out the door than a good eye exam. I felt rushed and seemed like he cared more about getting my insurance money…:not professional at all….HARD PASS PEOPLE!!!
The Optometrist (Dr. Trang) and his assistants were kind and supportive during the exams. One of us has difficulty following instructions, but thanks to the support of the staff he was able to complete the examination. Dr. Trang discussed in detail the findings and referred us to an ophthalmologist to address an issue. We were seen on time and all our questions were answered with kindness and understanding. Once we had the prescription, the selection of glasses was nice and the prices were reasonable.
Great experience!!!
