30+ year member of Costco. Ordered new glasses through a Stephanie who offered GREAT Service. When I went to pick up my order 9/25, one of the ladies working could have cared less. Almost had to beg for an adjustment to which she seemed put out. Today after almost a full day, I knew they were not right and stopped at the Wadsworth Costco.
