First time going to the optical department at Costco. Got a number and the wait went fast. I had a prescription from another clinic but they are so expensive. I thought I would give Costco a try. Omg! I got two pairs for less than one pair at my eye doctors office. The only thing I wish Costco was able was able to get different color in a styles that I liked.
Customer service goes a long way. Acknowledgment would be nice. I have been to this location multiple times and find it frustrating with the amount of employees working at a time, that not one bothers to acknowledge people waiting to be helped. I understand being understaffed can be hard, but a simple "Hi, we'll be right with you." would suffice. Its hard to justify being completely ignored.
Horrible experience with this location (though other Costco locations optometrists have always been positive experiences for me). The optometrist was not good at communicating information, was pushy and short, and didn’t even tell me the results of my exams. Would not return.
LONG waits. Been waiting for 1.5 hours and I would be next but they let people with “pickup and adjustments” jump ahead of me. The wait continues. Not worth the wait.
