LONG waits. Been waiting for 1.5 hours and I would be next but they let people with “pickup and adjustments” jump ahead of me. The wait continues. Not worth the wait.
Every single time here, it is a long wait time. Just need to get glasses adjusted, they tell you to wait at the prepaid area to get faster help, but nobody helps anyways.
Really disorganized. Long wait time. Very disappointed that Costco runs this part of their business so unprofessionally.
