Bought sunglass a year or 2 ago, and within 6 months, they were already losing I suppose the filming on the lenses. Not good. It never got back to them. Which is my fault, but just letting you know, to pay attention to the guarantees.
Optical Customer service is BELOW average.
Just had an eye exam at Costco Altamonte Springs FL and the Optometrist Tracey J. Scully was on time, friendly and did a complete exam efficiently. One of the best eye exams I have ever had and I have been having eye exams since I was 4 years old. I am 72 now. I highly recommend her and also the receptionist was also friendly and quick to take care of me. NO WAIT at all.
I’ve been using Costco optical for years. You cannot beat the price. The Altamont Springs optical is very thorough, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. If you aren’t satisfied they work to help figure out the problem. . I had a pair of glasses that I was very unsatisfied with and I finally took them back again ( even though they were past the expiration date)and though I was a difficult customer, the manager Dave, adjusted them so that I could finally use them.
