I had an eye exam done some weeks ago. Dr. Tracey Janet Scully was thorough and friendly. She took the time to explain everything to me and to understand my need. The prescription was spot on. Thank you.
The manager and the blond lady are RUDE! Xtrmly rude to customers. Aggressive too. Do not recommend visiting that place if they are there. But the Latina and the told guy are amazing.
Bought sunglass a year or 2 ago, and within 6 months, they were already losing I suppose the filming on the lenses. Not good. It never got back to them. Which is my fault, but just letting you know, to pay attention to the guarantees.
Optical Customer service is BELOW average.
