I wanted to give 5 stars to Sophie at the optical counter. She helped me order my glasses and fit them when they came in. She is kind, professional, patient, and a pleasure to talk to.
I went today to pick up my glasses that I had ordered two weeks ago. When I picked them up, there was some chips on the bottom right corner of the glasses, Maria was helpful but as she went to go ask John the supervisor what to do he just said send them back. It’ll be another two weeks with an attitude. I had purchased my glasses with John two weeks prior as I sat there he was very cold was not helpful. Have been seeing the independent optometrist since I was a kid. She is very kind, will answer all your questions, and wants the best for your eyes. Costco's own frame selection is a little limited at this location, but the prices are competitive. Costco staff will help you fit your frames (depending on the type you pick), and Gary who used to work there was especially amazing. My only wish is that they didn't move to the new policy which prevents you from getting replacement lenses if you have the frames for over a year. I u... read more
I had an eye exam done some weeks ago. Dr. Tracey Janet Scully was thorough and friendly. She took the time to explain everything to me and to understand my need. The prescription was spot on. Thank you.
