Just had an eye exam at Costco Altamonte Springs FL and the Optometrist Tracey J. Scully was on time, friendly and did a complete exam efficiently. One of the best eye exams I have ever had and I have been having eye exams since I was 4 years old. I am 72 now. I highly recommend her and also the receptionist was also friendly and quick to take care of me. NO WAIT at all.
I’ve been using Costco optical for years. You cannot beat the price. The Altamont Springs optical is very thorough, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. If you aren’t satisfied they work to help figure out the problem. . I had a pair of glasses that I was very unsatisfied with and I finally took them back again ( even though they were past the expiration date)and though I was a difficult customer, the manager Dave, adjusted them so that I could finally use them. Great exam. Friendly, super-focused on me as a patient, humorous, thorough, and understanding. The doctors are great, of the two I have met, the reception staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. The repair/fittings team do a great job in the face of overwhelming demand, but they are worse for the wear. They just don't want to be there, or help. Try to avoid interacting with them as much as possible.
