This review is spefically for the Optical Dept. Wished I had read the other reviews before wasting my time here at this location. I spent 45 min picking out frames. I told one of the salespersons I was there to purchase glasses. I Asked where to put my selection of frames to try and was told to leave them on the ledge and let them k ow when ready. Nice Costco. Parking can be tough but inside it's Not too crowded at this Location.
Dr. Karissa Davis was AMAZING! She took the time to explain why my eyes are the way they are to me and was extremely kind and energetic, especially considering my appointment was towards the end of the day. My mom came to the appointment with me and had some questions about her eyes as well, and Dr. Davis answered them all in detail in such a positive manner. I’ve been to many eye exams in my life and I have never met a more caring eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Davis, you rock!
We had an extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Sousa. The appointment was cancelled one hour before the 11 a.m. appointment. They called the house. We were already on our way. I brought my 90 year old husband (thru the rain) into the warehouse, only to find out the doctor was sick. Things happen, but there should be some kind of system in place to notify people on a timely basis.
