Went in to simply ask an associate in the optical department if they had contacts in stock as I usually purchase them through Costco online and they have not been available. I said to him, “hello, I have a question…. “. He interrupted me and pointed away and said, “Have you checked in? You need to get a number”. There was nobody waiting!! I only had a question. I need a flippin number to ask a question when there is nobody else here?? I was so irritated by his lack of customer service and plain rudeness, I just left!
My husband and I visited the optical center on Valentine’s Day to pick out new glasses — I know, super romantic, right? 😄 But what truly made the visit special was Ginny in the optical department. She was absolutely amazing! Ginny was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as she helped us choose our frames. She took the time to clearly explain our insurance coverage and made thoughtful recommendations to ensure we found frames that fit well and looked great. I had to call them to ask if my glasses came in.
This review is spefically for the Optical Dept. Wished I had read the other reviews before wasting my time here at this location. I spent 45 min picking out frames. I told one of the salespersons I was there to purchase glasses. I Asked where to put my selection of frames to try and was told to leave them on the ledge and let them k ow when ready.
