The customer service of a GOAT. No personality or professionalism. Have seen happier employees at the DMV.
I’ll stick with Folsom Costco Optical next time, a lot nicer! Staff here is not friendly or helpful. The DR rushed my eye exam.
Not pleased with the OD. Rushed eye exam. Tina Zeng talks 100 mph. Not thorough. Will not recommend. Showed specs in retina in left eye on their Optos machine. Just says that it's age related. Concerning to me especially if it's just in one eye. Horrible provider. Boggles my mind how some people get accepted into grad schools, that have no compassion, empathy nor bed side manners. No personality! Will not return.
