Not pleased with the OD. Rushed eye exam. Tina Zeng talks 100 mph. Not thorough. Will not recommend. Showed specs in retina in left eye on their Optos machine. Just says that it's age related. Concerning to me especially if it's just in one eye. Horrible provider. Boggles my mind how some people get accepted into grad schools, that have no compassion, empathy nor bed side manners. No personality! Will not return.
I visited Costco on a Wednesday morning since I thought it would be a slow day. Heather was the person behind the counter, she tried to mutter a hello, and we replied hello(we were the only customers). We had already selected the glasses, and she asked me for the insurance name without asking me my name or anything else. I said I was unsure; let me find out from my husband. Great team here. Went in on Saturday and picked up my glasses on Wednesday. I couldn't believe they had glasses that fit my big fat head. Got $50 off when I purchased 2 pairs. Thank you.
Great selection of Eyewear from designers to non brands. Employees are helpful. They take most major vision insurances.
