I'm new to wearing glasses and had to return the regular and sun glasses I got from Costco after I had my optometrist adjust the prescription. It just wasn't working for me. I thought it would be a hassle but the guy working the counter, Greg, was very helpful and had it taken care of quickly. I even got money back since the prescription for the sunglasses was simplified.
I have had nothing but great service at this Costco optical!
I love the prices on both contacts and glasses, but I recently bought a pair of glasses and I can't seem to get anyone to correctly fit them to my face. At my eye doctor they usually help out a lot and give me advice when fitting my glasses to my face. The first guy seemed really annoyed when he was fitting my glasses. I was pretty unsure how tight I should make them since I haven't purchased glasses in 4 years. I went home and they fell off my face and the lens scratched.
