I miss the old optometrist that they had. The one I went to back in July 2024 was lazy. I say lazy cause she didn't even give an actual prescription for my right eye. As long as I've worn contacts my right eye's prescription was always different than my left, but she just put that both of my eyes were the same prescription. I truly hope it wasn't because I didn't want any add-on services included with the eye exam cause that's scammy.
Long waiting time, no attention to customers. Not helpful stuff.

This review is for the optical office inside Costco (Elk Grove) specifically the optometrist that works Wednesdays (with pediatric patients). I can’t remember her name. It was December 2023 and I could not get into our regular optometry office for my son (6 years old) before the end of the year (benefits).
