Sandy replaced the screw in my glasses & they feel brand new! She’s awesome!!
I've called 6 times over the course of 3 different days at different times of the day and no one has ever answered the phone. I call Costco and they answer right away and transfer me to the optical dept. then the phone will either ring for 3min straight before hanging up or it will go to a voicemail saying they are busy or on the line with another customer. Don't waste your time here.
Few days in the row only one person work in optometry department and management don't do anymore about that. Too many people waiting on the line
Our family appreciates Dr Fong and his team, as well as everyone who works in the optical department. We have always had an excellent experience and trust the prescription for our glasses is 100% accurate. Additionally, the fees are reasonable; the selection of frames is good and turnaround is timely.
