If you need anything signed be prepared to pay a $25 fee at Dr. Fong's office. I recently had him sign paperwork that my son's school provided as the school requested an updated eye exam, and he charged $25 to sign my son's paperwork that was already filled out and printed. They didn't even inform me that they were going to add on that extra charge, and the front office lady was super rude when I asked what the charge was for, she slammed the paper on the desk and said "because he's taking the time to sign the paper".

Shane from Costco Optical in Woodland is awesome. He fixed my daughter’s glasses after she had run into a pole. Left them looking like new. Supper service provided

I've called 6 times over the course of 3 different days at different times of the day and no one has ever answered the phone. I call Costco and they answer right away and transfer me to the optical dept. then the phone will either ring for 3min straight before hanging up or it will go to a voicemail saying they are busy or on the line with another customer. Don't waste your time here.
