Amazing loved it! Dr. Chau found an eye disease that no one found until I came to her. She gave great service, and the front desk is great too! This happened two years ago but all the negative reviews compelled me to post a review. Just a reminder that all doctor’s office and appointments require patience. Not entitlement.
Only 1 person working behind the counter. Need to have more associates available.
Kemille (Receptionist) and Dr. Chau (Optometrist) were both very friendly, helpful, and professional during my walk-in visit for an eye exam on Tuesday, May 16th. Kemille had me fill out some paperwork and sit down for a couple of tests, and then Dr. Chau performed a very thorough eye exam, which I highly recommend. I left with an accurate eyeglass prescription, a deeper knowledge about the health of my eyes, and feeling very good about my experience at this Costco Vision Center. I definitely plan to return.
