Always great service...from the doctor to the staff. Amazing
I’ve dealt with the optometrist and his staff as well as the ladies outside by all the glasses/frames and everyone was great. I was very confused with the reviews and waited a while to finally review once I talked to almost everyone. I’m happy with all the services. The eye exam, bringing frames I already own to get prescription on them (prescriptions from other places), buying frames there to get prescription them, etc.
I’ve been coming to the Costco optometrist for years! I get on the waitlist list first come with serve, it has always worked for me and I’m sure for a lot of people. I always try and use my husband’s insurance in December before the year ends to use up his insurance. Yesterday I came in all of a sudden I need an appointment. I’m sure people come in while they do the shopping and take advantage of getting their check up. My purchase experience was an awful experience, the associate who assisted me seemed annoyed that she couldn’t find my VSP insurance coverage. She had me call my insurance for an authorization number/code; it turns out that she needed to call herself and get said code. I hated this experience I should have never completed the transaction but I had already purchased the membership just for the eye prescription.
