Costco Optical department. This is my go to place for my prescription glasses! Chris, Wendi, Anita, Adrian and the rest of the staff are the best in the West! They go above and beyond and out of there way to make sure you get the best glasses to fit your needs! I have been going to them for the last 15 years. I would not hesitate to go there foe their top notch service. You can thank me later. Real review

LISA WAS THE BEST. SHE DID THE EXTRAMILE, TO GIVE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS ABLE TO FIX MY GLASSES, THAT WERE IN HORRIBLE CONDITIONS. SHE WAS AVAILABLE TO TURN THEM INTO A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT THE HELP AND SERVICE.
The gentleman that worked the evening Shift on 9/13/23 (Arnold, Oscar, Edgar come to mind… can’t remember his name) was so helpful and friendly. He repaired my glasses. They haven’t fit well in over a year. I’m so grateful!
Tuve mi cita el 16 d agosto y me dijeron q en una semana iban a llegar uno de los 2 pares de lentes q les compre. Y hoy 5 d sep.2023 Hablo y me dicen que los tienen desde el 25 de agosto y yo ocupando mis lentes. Pregunto por que no me habian hablado para recojerlos.. me dice que supuestamente donde los hicieron( 3rd party) tenian q haberme hablado.. le digo ala unica persona q habla español q prefiero que me pidan una disculpa por olvidar llamarme , en lugar de culpar a otros, yo se que ellos son los que tienen que hablarle... read more
