Bad experience with the manager Shelley. They lost my business. I really like the Optician but can't do business with their optical center due to rudeness. Taking my business elsewhere. Definitely does not align with the Costco business model and good customer service I have come to experience and trust at Costco.
Shoutout to Alex! I have been getting my glasses adjusted for months because I thought it was natural for them to loosen. He was the only person to notice a part of my glasses fell off and the reason I kept needing to get adjusted every couple months! He helped me find a replacement and hopefully avoid constantly getting my glasses adjusted.
There are mixed reviews here. Speaking for myself, Dr. Mckell did a great job for me. Friendly approach, got my prescription perfect, and found a type of lens my dry eyes comfortably tolerate (which I’ve never had in 28 years of wearing contacts).
Selection for women's glasses is no bueno unless you're looking for $100 and up designer brand.
Bait & switch, they’ll tell you they take your insurance but after the exam they will say otherwise.
