I had an excellent experience. I lost my glasses on vacation. I returned to Costco for a copy of my prescription, then looked for glasses. I identified two frames. Kristina (sp) assisted me in a timely manner. She said both frames worked on my face, but one was more fun. Inside of fifteen minutes my glasses were ordered for a total of $310. I have NEVER paid so little for my progressive lens prescription. I picked them up today, and I am thrilled with my new glasses!
