Be wary when you walk out of the store and make sure you check the receipt to make sure all your items are in the cart. We went to Costco today and bought a pack of instant ramen, and didn’t realize until we got home that we paid the money but the cashier didn’t add the item into our cart. We went back to tell customer services about it, but they were very rushed and rude about it and didn’t replace the item or take accountability for anything.

The staff here are amazing — consistently polite, helpful, and professional. Shopping is always a smooth experience, with great prices and a well-organized store that makes it easy to find what I need. Every visit feels positive and efficient, and the team deserves credit for creating such a welcoming environment. This Costco stands out for both value and service.

Member for 25 years. This location is good because it’s right near the dog park and the paved path along the Bay that bikers like myself can use to get a quick ride in before shopping. A security guard in a Prius rolled up on me as I was about to ride off and said he didn’t need to see my membership card when I tried to get it out. Even though I explained I was shopping after my ride he threatened me with towing and said there was an hour shopping limit in the store.
