Jennifer is my hero, she fixed my glasses after I thought the arm was beyond saving.
Long line of customers are waiting while there are only 2 staffs. Check in signs are too small. The system does not show how many are waiting in line.
Keisha was wonderful in helping with frame selections for my Mom and then with adjusting the glasses to her when we received them. She gave my Mom all the time and assistance she needed and answered all questions accurately and courteously. Glasses were delivered to the store within 5 business days, and the progressive lens were made perfectly the first time. Prescription accuracy was verified by her doctor. Cost could not be beat for two pairs of glasses! It was so nice to not have to pay up-charges for special lens coating... read more
I got new two new frames; one with clear lens, one with sunglasses. Ruby, the optician, was very helpful. Ruby took time to adjust my frames several times until they fit the way I wanted. I’m pleased with my new glasses, and with the way Ruby assisted me.
