Ordered glasses. Was told they arrive on Friday and they’d call me. The following Wednesday I call them and they have been sitting in the drawer for days. No calls no notification. Then my phone indicates someone is servicing my request and no one has called my name. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Jennifer is my hero, she fixed my glasses after I thought the arm was beyond saving.
Long line of customers are waiting while there are only 2 staffs. Check in signs are too small. The system does not show how many are waiting in line.
