I've visited recently, their customer service is under zero. staff were so busy with each other and they did not paid attention to me. I had to wait for long time even with an appt. so poor customer service.
Glasses purchased are poor quality. Within one year of purchase the glasses became loose and started slipping. I took them to the Costco eye center in fremont to check if I can get them repaired or replaced. I am very disappointed with the service provided. The rep couldn’t fix the problem, instead bent the portion of glasses that goes behind the ears to 90 degree angle.
Very unfriendly staff, looks like they are doing a favor. Cannot give 0 star hence 1
Great value for money and glasses
This is for the vision center. Every time I go, there is a long time waiting, the staffs are unfriendly in the way like I owe them money. I requested kindly for looking into insurance, what I received were impatience and cold looks.
