Just left the Purevision Optometry inside Costco. Saw Dr Nguyen 2 years ago and she was fabulous, but office staff these days seem to be disorganized, rushed, and lacking customer service. They called the evening before my 10:30am exam and left me a message saying they didn't have my insurance on file. When I tried to call them back their phone system prompts to leave a message but just cuts you off. The ENTIRE team is such a delight to be seen by! Sofia was able to accommodate me on a same-day visit , and I was met with huge smiles at the door! The attention to detail and care puts customers first . Kristie was a sheer delight to work with. She truly intrinsically cares for every patient , and it’s palpable in every interaction. Great experience here on a Friday morning. 10:30 appojntment. Arrived at 10:15 and within 5 minutes the tech started the preliminary exams. Saw Dr. Dea saw me at 10:30 and I was done quickly. Selected my frames and done by 11:00.
Make them do their job before you swipe your card to pay for your glasses. The gal told me she couldn't tell me how much would be discounted from with my insurance until after I paid.
