Update 07/24/2026 Cristina the optical manager needs more personnel! She is managing too much all by her self. Charging customers, attending pickups, consulting customers for glasses. Too much for one person. She is trying her best. Bad customer service...I make an appointment for 9 .30 ..arrived at 9 am...the doctor arrived at 9 45 and call the persons from 10 and 10: 30 before me...
Efficient. Knowledgeable. Disheveled. Low Energy. The optometrist and staff looked like they rolled straight out of bed and into the exam room. Very low energy. Extremely low energy. Not a lot of enthusiasm, folks. The vibes were bleak — really bleak — but somehow, against all odds, they were knowledgeable and got the exam done quickly. Efficient, I’ll give them that. I have a full insurance that covers fully eye exams yearly and more, when my son and I did the eye test they charged me a fee of $20 and two months later I come back for my prescription for contacts and they say I have to pay $120 for the contacts test prescription because I didn’t do it that same month of the eye test, but they charged my insurance fully!!
