Literally the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from the team here. Was standing for 20 minutes waiting for someone to finish - not once was acknowledged at all, when my turn came I approached Oscar and asked to try on glasses to which he replied “did you take a number?” I told him I’ve been waiting patiently for 20 minutes everyone saw me and NOT ONE PERSON told me to take a number. Great people and very helpful too
Very disappointed from the eyeglass That I just did. It is a progressive lenses. Lenses that look greasy and are very difficult to clean.and very thick.. It also got dark shades even when I At home… I took it to the local optometrist Shop to redo. Totally west of money!!! It wasn’t like that before, I did five years ago And it was much better. I believe they compromised the quality To keep the price.
The employees are extremely arrogant and lazy. Please take action to resolve this problem.
