To bad the girl at the membership counter couldn't be bothered to do service with a smile and a good attitude this morning! What would it have hurt to help my mother renew her GOLD membership with no one else there waiting instead of rudely telling her that you don't service any members besides executive members until 10am. Instead you sent her away rudely and lost a Great customer!
