The customer service at this establishment is subpar. The lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by the staff is concerning. When I dropped off my prescription, I was met with a dismissive attitude when simply inquiring about a refill. Overall, the service provided here is very disappointing.
TRASH SERVICE
Today ( Nov 27, 2023) I called the Costco pharmacy in Woodbridge, VA to inquire about the RSV vaccine. An older lady answered the phone and placed me on hold, I waited 5 minutes, after that someone else picked up the phone and as I was about to explain why I was calling she just abruptly placed me on hold, I waited another three minutes and then someone else picked up and I stated I was inquiring about the RSV vaccine, her response to me in a rude voice**what about it**. They have issues with having your medication when it is due I am reporting them to corporate
We had been using the Costco pharmacy in Springfield but decided to drop off a prescription at the Costco in Potomac Mills since it was more convenient. When dropping off the prescription, the person who took the prescription, Theresa, noticed that the strength of the medication was higher than previously so she called our physician who admitted that it was a mistake and reduced the strength.
