terrible. Eye exam price tag says $135. Made the appointment. In store staff changed price to $160-190. Costco please do better than this.
great price and quality, Love my glasses
The glasses I got there is my favorite now. The lenses are higher quality and much cheaper than other stores. I did not like to wear glasses, but I don’t mind wearing this one all the time. My eyes feel so comfortable. Jamy, the staff who helped me, is very patient and knowledgeable. He explained my insurance, my options and how I can protect my eyes better. I will definitely go back to get my future glasses there. They are honest and sincerely want to help their customers.
Just wanted to say Jason at Costco optical dept is the best . I was having a problem with my glasses and he went above and beyond your normal customer service he spent a lot of time trying to solve the problem and he did I really appreciate all his efforts to figure out and fix the problem
The staff and Dr. Park were were wonderful. Easy and quick service.
