We purchased Rayban glasses from Costco Dingman Optical. They took 3 weeks to change lenses and prepare glasses. Then when we got them their focus was completely off. So we went back in and the employee said that the kenses were made wrong and they will replace them. We got new lenses today and Beth at Dingman London Costco kept trying to fit them in and they were completely wrong fit. Fantastic prices and great frame selection but horrible customer service. Always a huge line and no organization as to which customer is next in line. When ordering my glasses I had to wait in line for 1 hour and when picking them up I had to wait 45 minutes. Basically if your time is not valuable to you this would be a good option but I was so frustrated with the wait times that I will not be returning. Nobody answers the phone
Great selection of frames, and acceptable prices. No selection of rimless frames however. Intended to buy glasses here but the staff were extremely uncooperative, refused to accept our previous prescription, and even tried to trick us into buying lenses that we didn't want. Too bad, wasted quite a lot of time and actually found frames that I liked, but now am looking for somewhere else to buy glasses.
Disappointing Experience - Will Not Be Returning I had high hopes for this optometrist service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The appointment was rushed, and it felt like the staff was more interested in getting me in and out quickly because they wanna go for lunch rather than addressing my concerns. The optometrist barely took the time to explain the results of my eye exam, and when I asked questions, the answers were vague and dismissive.
