I had such a wonderful experience at Costco Optical thanks to Gerri. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Rude staff. The Asian guy doesn't know how to talk with a customer.
I am so happy with my experiences at Costco optical north, including today. Friendly, professional and kind. My glasses are always ordered perfectly with time taken to measure properly. Truly great staff and I never hesitate to recommend. I have waited at the counter on days when they were absolutely slammed with customers and still the staff were polite and tried to explain how busy they were, even in the face of belligerent and rude customers who seemed to want everyone in front of them to evaporate so they could be served... read more
The Asian doctor lady was rude to both me and my child. She made my child cry and seemed to be lecturing me on how to raise my kid. In addition, their services were expensive, and they failed to answer the phone or send a receipt via email despite promising to do so
