The Asian doctor lady was rude to both me and my child. She made my child cry and seemed to be lecturing me on how to raise my kid. In addition, their services were expensive, and they failed to answer the phone or send a receipt via email despite promising to do so
We purchased Rayban glasses from Costco Dingman Optical. They took 3 weeks to change lenses and prepare glasses. Then when we got them their focus was completely off. So we went back in and the employee said that the kenses were made wrong and they will replace them. We got new lenses today and Beth at Dingman London Costco kept trying to fit them in and they were completely wrong fit. Fantastic prices and great frame selection but horrible customer service. Always a huge line and no organization as to which customer is next in line. When ordering my glasses I had to wait in line for 1 hour and when picking them up I had to wait 45 minutes. Basically if your time is not valuable to you this would be a good option but I was so frustrated with the wait times that I will not be returning.
