Highly recommended by my family. Went to Optical Department for oldest son glasses. Kid has miopia and vision dropped significantly as not correct frame was choose last year at LensCrafters ( South Shopping Mall). Desiree (optical Sep representative) provided HIGHEST level of service with advises and explanations. (My special THANKS for her). ABSOLUTELLY satisfied.
If I put as much effort into writing this review as the worker put into helping me with choosing contacts, I wouldn't have written a review. Worst experience at Costco and extremely awkward with her just staring at me, giving zero feedback on any of my questions or concerns (literally just staring at me and not saying anything).
