Dr. Altenbernd is great. She is very friendly and helpful. They took us as walk-in twice and got us through with a new prescription quickly. Being able to order frames and get them shipped has been so helpful since optometrist appointments were booked out 8 months at our local stores. It’s is a great experience

I recently attempted to schedule an eye exam at the vision care office inside Costco, expecting that they would accept my federal employee health insurance for vision coverage. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I arrived, the level of unprofessionalism was both surprising and disappointing. Avoid Dr. Alaina Altenbernd. She is unprofessional, rude, and seems to need more schooling.
