The 2 stars is for the Dr. She was and is genuine and very professional. The people in the eyeware dept. Not impressed. I have come here several times to buy glasses. It seems since Terry retired, this place has an issue with the service. I won't go into great detail, but I will tell you that i'm going to rethink every purchasing glasses at costco again.
I went in today with my doctor's prescription to get a price on glasses. This is my first time checking out Costco for glasses. While waiting, I picked out a couple of frames I thought I'd want. After a short wait a young woman named Valerie came over to help me. She was very pleasant and took her time to explain the whole process, including price, lense material and all options I had. Outstanding service. Optometrist was pleasant. Great service for myself and my husband. My adult daughter just made an appointment for Tuesday.
