Update,February, 2026 Lucy in Costco Optical expertly adjusted my glasses,and I purchased a glasses cleaning kit assisted by Lucy. I had a great experience at Costco Optical in Mount Laurel. Optometrist Frederick Young is tops in his field,as well as his assistant. Ricky assisted me in measuring and configuring my new glasses and prescription sun glasses. Lucy helped me choose a frame for the eye glasses. The entire Optical department is professional and personable.
The worst. 3rd time ordering my daughter’s contacts. They tell me now I have to come back in and reorder my contacts. I come in and they say I need the physical card credit card, meanwhile I am allowed to order replacements over the phone. Never would expect this with someone affiliated with Costco

Optician is great, friendly and knowledgeable. The glasses center isn't so much. They seem to have no sense of reservation about blurting out your social security number for all around to hear.
