Terrible service. The staff just stares at you and isn’t helpful. When my glasses arrived I didn’t receive a call or text I had to come in and ask and when I came in they took over 20 minutes just to grab them and helped the person that came in after me.
"Dr." David recommended and opined on my Thyroid medication dosage, (based on my weight which he "guessed") and also gave his opinion that the Graves Opthalmology affecting me was not "serious". HE IS NOT MEDICAL DOCTOR AND SHOULD NOT HAVE COMMENTED ON A CONDITION I SEE SPECIALISTS FOR. I will be reporting this encounter to COSTO coporate. He also did an incomplete the exam, checking thoroughly only one eye it seems. I will be going elsewhere today for a proper exam.
Just went in to get a a new pair of glasses; already had my prescription...By FAR the quickest, most efficient experience I've ever had at any optical establishment in my entire life. In and out in 10-15 minutes. I usually dread the whole deal. Terry was professional, clear, and concise. Thanks, Terry. P.S. Also, no insurance... somehow seemed cheaper than when I had insurance and went to other places..
Make sure you run your insurance coverage before going here. The front desk guys told us it’s covered without running our insurance. Then while paying he said it’s not covered. As a family of 4 we paid extras more than $100 for vision test. Totally unprofessional front desk handling. I will not recommend to this place.
I had an appointment today at 10:20 AM. just after they opened. I received 4 texts to remind me of the time and pre-paperwork from their office. I was at their office at 10 AM waited until 10:35 AM. Seems like they took someone else prior to my appointment and the first appointment. They seem to think their time is more important than mine. I finally just walked out.
