The last time I bought any glasses was at the Costco Optical Department nine years ago. I had a nice experience then, so I returned. The optician who helped me, Emely Lira, was very patient, professional, and great to deal with. She did not pressure me at all to buy glasses or to select particular ones but rather answered my many questions knowledgeably. If the ones I picked are ultimately not to my liking (they will be ready in seven to ten days), that is on me.
I've been coming here for over 5 years now and have had good experiences. The optical staff are so friendly. I just called bc I'm out of contacts and they helped me get a pair quickly. I appreciate their friendly service!
What a terrific place to get an eye exam! Everything was well done. They do a terrific job, and are very thorough in explaining everything that was found. We got a prescription, my partner got her very first pair of glasses. Highly Recommended!
The store is clean and the staff is friendly.
