My experience with Costco Optical is unmatched. Jimmy Avestruz went above and beyond to ensure I got my glasses and contacts. My entire family now goes here for glasses and contacts. They are way less expensive than 1800 contacts as well. Costco is great but I would keep my membership for just the Optical.
A huge thank you to karl (I'm worried I misspelled his name; he's a young man wearing glasses) for helping me adjust my glasses! They're very important to me. It was a busy time, but karl was very patient and adjusted them repeatedly until I was satisfied. Thank you so much for such excellent and professional service!
Jim is the best! Last year, he helped me select glasses and sunglasses. They were perfect! Well made and have lasted. Today, he tightened them up and balanced them for a better fit. Thanks, Jim!
I stopped there for shopping and wanted to check the Eye Center to find out to new eyeglasses. Yasemin Lamborn was very helpful and knowledgeable. Yasemin helped me to find the right pairs. I am very happy with the selections, and I highly recommend this Eye Center, especially Yasemin. I went there for one eyeglass and ended up with three (sunglasses and working one.) She did not rush me through or push me to choose any glasses, she took her time and explained fully. Thanks again!!!
Tani is the best! She goes above & beyond with customer service: kind & empathetic and adjusts glasses to the individual person with skill & artistry. I had a problem with a recent pair of sunglasses-- after working on possible adjustments with me for close to 20 minutes, she figured out the issue & helped me get them remade. She's a huge asset to Costco's optical service!
