Tani is the best! She goes above & beyond with customer service: kind & empathetic and adjusts glasses to the individual person with skill & artistry. I had a problem with a recent pair of sunglasses-- after working on possible adjustments with me for close to 20 minutes, she figured out the issue & helped me get them remade. She's a huge asset to Costco's optical service!

Yasemin patiently listened to our needs, provided guidance on selecting and ordering glasses, and even offered a temporary fix for my son's broken hinges until the new pair arrives.
