We didn’t get the best service, me and my mom we were waiting to get our name called, I translate for my mom since her English is not very good, when her name got called we got received by a elderly man, it’d felt awkward and in a lot of occasions he just kept laughing, I didn’t see anything or said something funny so I just felt very weird and awkward. Ken is truly a gem! I sat on my glasses and the lens was popping out. I was lucky to have Ken work on them. Turned out to be a tricky repair that he handled like a champ with good humor. While I was waiting, I watched the rest of the team interacting with other customers. It looks like they are all as dedicated and kind as Ken. The frame selection was also fantastic. I'm picky and found more than a couple options that I'd choose if I was due for a new pair right now. Recommend highly!
Great services with excellent staff
Very friendly staff, easy to go in and make appointments for eye exams.
