Ken is truly a gem! I sat on my glasses and the lens was popping out. I was lucky to have Ken work on them. Turned out to be a tricky repair that he handled like a champ with good humor. While I was waiting, I watched the rest of the team interacting with other customers. It looks like they are all as dedicated and kind as Ken. The frame selection was also fantastic. I'm picky and found more than a couple options that I'd choose if I was due for a new pair right now. Recommend highly!
Great services with excellent staff
Very friendly staff, easy to go in and make appointments for eye exams.
This incident happened over a year ago, but I’m still bitter about it and it’s made me think twice about doing business with at least this Costco optical in the future. I had just ordered new glasses from them, and when I got them, I had forgotten to specify that I wanted to do an edge polish, which is a very standard procedure and especially crucial for higher prescriptions like mine because otherwise there will be a clear ring around the frames of your glasses that can totally throw off the entire appearance.
