Great services with excellent staff
Very friendly staff, easy to go in and make appointments for eye exams.
This incident happened over a year ago, but I’m still bitter about it and it’s made me think twice about doing business with at least this Costco optical in the future. I had just ordered new glasses from them, and when I got them, I had forgotten to specify that I wanted to do an edge polish, which is a very standard procedure and especially crucial for higher prescriptions like mine because otherwise there will be a clear ring around the frames of your glasses that can totally throw off the entire appearance. I visited today and had an amazing experience with Katherine . She understood exactly what I was looking for and I found frames that I am too excited to receive.
They didn’t take my insurance which I had never experienced anywhere else
