I just want to take a second and thank Shaun/Sean/Shawn (sorry I don't know how to spell your name). 5 years ago I drove to KC and got blackout drunk. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Went above and beyond in a tricky situation to make sure I left with vision.
I have been coming here for about 2 years and have loved the service Denise has given to me! Every time I come in, she recognizes me and is so friendly and helpful. So many of my friends, family, and colleagues compliment my glasses and I do not hesitate to recommends this location and always tell them to ask for Denise!
Just wanted to share my great experience with Costco Optical at Linwood. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient, the glasses are top notch, and the service was incredibly efficient! I tried on so many frames I felt like a picture, and they were just so helpful, sharing options when asked and yet offering zero pressure for upgrades or anything else. Very affordable too. The ophthalmologist was nice but fit me incorrectly for my contact lenses. I trialed my exam at Costco thinking it would be easier and cheaper than ordering online. Costco requires you to come into the store to order and will not take the exam from the independent provider, literally in the same office. This is one of the few services that I would not recommend utilizing Costco for.
