My son and I worked with Faye and Laurianne, and what a pleasant experience! We were helped quickly, and both were pleasant and knowledgeable. We got multiple pairs of glasses and they helped explain our benefits thoroughly. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience.
Came in on a busy Friday but despite that service was quick. The optometrist Lisa was very friendly and informative. Laurianne at the optical center was extremely patient & honest when it came to picking frames. I learned so much more information here than I did at any previous place I had been to! Out of this world service!! I definitely recommend them! :)
Rude doctor wasn’t listening to what I was trying to say.
Carol was rude to me. Sold a pair of children's glasses and denied it. Then my prescription was incorrect that I brought in from a different ophthalmologist and she told me I had one chance to get it right and if not I'm out. After that I cancel my Costco membership.
My 1st time purchasing eyeglasses at Costco. For some reason I never thought about Costco. I am blown away! 1st Peggy was amazing! 2nd the options and prices are outstanding. Thank-you!
