Absolutely disgusting behavior. The doctor acted like she didn’t want to be at the clinic at all. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending, and she wouldn’t answer any of the questions we had. What was most concerning was that she asked my mom to put on a pair of dirty trial glasses during the exam. My mother took my grandmother to see the optomologist today, got there at 11:10 for an 11:00 appointment. Was told to fill out a form and when she brought the form up to the reception person at 11:16, she was told that the doctor said she couldn’t see my grandmother today because she was 15 minutes late. Mind you, the 11:30 appointment person wasn’t even there yet and my mom and grandmother got there at 11:10.
