Optical department staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast and gave me a high quality result.
Just wanted to walk in and get my prescription so i can order some glasses and it was around 4pm. They told me it was cash only. She was kinda rude and kinda blew me off. Seemed kinda racist but whatever. Drove to another costco was helped no problem and they accepted my debit card.
George did an excellent job of helping me select frames and options for 3 pairs of glasses. He did a very professional job on the fitting as well, and the whole process took about an hour. The total price after insurance was $540, which is HALF the price of ONE pair at my Optometrist's office.
Terrible customer service and experience both from optometrist and staff. Eye glasses are not very good designs, I recommend looking elsewhere if you need glasses. My contacts were eligible for a mail-in rebate like it's 1980 or something. Overall take your business elsewhere.
I had gone to this optical for some glasses and my mom needed them too. Thanks to Nadia G. She was the best, she helped us so calming and nicely. She was super helpful towards me and my mom. She was super professional too. I would recommend getting help from her.
