I was told that prescriptions are only valid for six months. Not at all what I know from past experience. Technician rude and told nothing can be done without paying for another appointment.
The doctor is good the office is not. They will not answer phone calls or respond. I received wrong trial contacts and have called office 3 times so far without call back. Trial contacts took 2 weeks and not right. They have not returned my phone calls. It’s worth more to go to a responsive office.
No one even touched/fixed my eyeglasses, a very fragile frame. Lindberg frame. Only David at Costco Optical Center managed to fix it. I knew he was the best at that department; I was so lucky; he helped me out. Many, many thanks, David.
The Optical Department at the Naples Costco is amazing! I have been dealing with an Associate named David almost since the store opened David is very knowledgeable and professional. He. Is excellent in not only selecting frames but also in proper fitting. With the many pairs I have purchased (progressive lens) I have never once needed to return with a problem. David is a true asset to the department.
