I asked a few weeks ago if I could buy some prescription sunglasses for my girlfriend. Worker said "yeah sure just bring her with her prescription". I did a week later and was denied service because she wasn't a member. We weren't doing it through insurance, I am a paying member, and we weren't doing any sort of warranty. The eye doctor and staff were all very nice, patient, and knowledgeable with my mother who has dementia. She is often nervous and confused at doctors offices and they all did a wonderful job.
I did not receive a "robo" phone call when my order came in at Costco ready for pick up. I had to call them on the fourth week of waiting. Sad.
My prescription is perfect and the sweet lady from Trinidad that works there made me feel so warm and welcome and truly blessed. I get really nervous at any doctors appointment and she made me so comfortable and confident in my decision to use their offices. Thank you! You’re a wonderful human and I hope you bosses appreciate you.
