Receptionist was extremely rude about basic questions about contact prescriptions. 06/01/2026 2:52pm
They have a take a number dispenser poorly located. Then when you take a number the numbers are out of order. Last time I waited 1 and a half hours to find out I didn’t have a number. This time I took a number to find out that other people were waiting longer with a different number and I get to wait again. Best advice go anywhere else than here. Costco is always understaffed. Use a business that exclusively does eyeglasses and exams. The way to go for service and selection.
The shop was relaxing to browse.
Thrilled with my experience with both Dr. Winkleman and the front desk staff. I post on the Facilitate Joy account with things other autistic people are likely to care about. While the parking and getting through Costco was overwhelming as usual, as soon as I entered the office itself everything was calm and quiet.
