I gave in my frames to get new prescription lenses, they were in great condition but when I received them, the frames were all scratched up. The colour has changed from black to ashy. This was a very disappointing experience.
I went here for new glasses, but they haven't been able to generate the correct prescription for my eyes. The first time was terrible. My vision was really blurry, and I couldn't see things far away from my right eye. I returned for a recheck, and another prescription was generated. Even though this time was better, I continued not to see well (especially with my right eye), and I felt my eyes were really tired after wearing the glasses. no warranty on their glasses even if it breaks after a week and is definitely a manufacturer defect.
Disappointing Experience with Prescription Check I visited the Optical Centre to discuss an issue with my recent prescription from them. My eyes clearly see differently (one eye sees well at a distance, the other does not), yet the prescription provided has the same diopter for both eyes. My existing glasses, which I know are +0.75, measured +1.0 on their in-store equipment.
