Ladies on the phone were super friendly! They got all my information easily. I really like that they let me know exact pricing when I asked. They also looked up my insurance easily, and got that information going too. I felt taken care of and that they were focused on being customer first which I really enjoy. Excited for my exam
I have been wearing glasses for 40 years so based on that history I feel like their staff is rather ignorant of what they are selling!!! They need better educated optical staff and more staff to help customers. Yes, the prices are good, but you get what you pay for because the quality is somewhat lacking. And the staff can be rather rude especially if you need them to fix a mistake that they made. I like to save money, but I like quality and good customer service better so for my next pair of glass I will go to my awesome op... read more

I have seen Dr. Murray since 2020 , he is an excellent eye doctor! He is very friendly and helpful . He’s very helpful with trial contacts and helping you figure what kind you like :) I would highly recommend going to him if you want a pleasant all around visit to the eye doctor
