BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience ever. Took a long time messing with the machines. Never seemed right and I told them. They insisted they had it right and knew what it should be....a wildly different prescription. Unsurprisingly my trust in them resulted in unusable glasses. When I picked up my new glasses I told them how bad they were and they refused to do anything to make it right.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Costco. Went to pick them up and couldn't see out of either pair. Costco sent me back to Clearview in Moscow which is where I got the prescription for my glasses in the first place. I had to wait a month to get into Clearview again and they discovered the prescription in the lenses was incorrect. STAY AWAY FROM THE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT! FAIRLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY PRESCRIPTION CAME IN "NOT EVEN CLOSE" TO BEING CORRECT FOR MY VISION! TWO 128mile ROUND TRIPS FOR A TOTAL BOTCHED EYE EXAM ON TRIP "ONE" AND TRIP "TWO" TO PICK UP AND FIND OUT THEY BOTCHED MY PRESCRIPTION!
Their service is always professional and timely, and they're usually open two or three hours after 5pm too, if you need an appt or service preferably after work.
Hugh is who helped us and honestly, I think he was rude and totally unfriendly.
