Not an experience I will soon forget. Made the appt. less than 5 min. Got a return call saying the Dr. will be having Emerg visits uh ok…gave me 3/2/23 at 10.15 a.m. I was met with You’re appt is at 10:30 no…u said 10:15 and a very hostile Dr Stein who happened to walk in on the conversation said IMPOSSIBLE we don’t do things like that…ok..when I asked her a very simple about not having issues I just wanted to get sunglasses made up did I need to go thru the whole exam…attitude to the max and very rude said THATS OBVIOUS!!
